ROULETTE

ROULETTE.EXE is a realistic Las Vegas
Roulette simulation which runs on all
8-bit Atari computers. Roulette is
written in machine language. To play
the game, you must first copy the
program to another disk.  (Make sure
this disk has a DOS.SYS file on it.)

Next, rename ROULETTE.EXE to
AUTORUN.SYS. Finally, boot this disk
without BASIC.

PLAYING THE GAME
When the game begins, press the
[OPTION] key to change the value of
your "chips." Press [SELECT] to
accept this value and continue.
Repeat this process to set your
initial bankroll.

Once the roulette table appears, plug
a joystick into port one and move the
betting cursor to place your bets.

Anywhere the cursor lands is a legal
betting position, with the odds set
appropriately.  Maximum total bet is
$200. Make your bet by pushing the
joystick button or pressing the
[RETURN] key. Your bankroll, the
number of chips at the current cursor
location,

and your total bet is displayed at
the top of the screen.

To set the ball spinning, move the
cursor to the bottom of the screen
or press the [SPACE] bar.

To clear the table and continue the
game, press the fire button or press
the [SPACE] bar. Press the [ESC] key
to restart the game.
